The Zephyr stage configuration is 3/4 round with 74 fixed seats, if sold out you can add an additional 10 seats to the front row to a max of 84 seats.
The Zephyr is great for short or full-length productions, readings, rehearsals, meetings, auditions, screenings, and filming.
The Zephyr has a box office/concessions room for use during your event as well as in-house set pieces for production or rehearsal needs.
The stage is 35 ft-20 ft wide by 18 ft deep. Our ceiling height is 10 ft 10 in, 9 ft 8 in in the lowest sections. We have loading access to the alleyway. HERE are the technical specs for the Zephyr Theatre
There are three restrooms, 2 patron and 1 backstage as well as 2 dressing rooms. Please note the dressing rooms are located upstairs.
